Jan. 11, 2015 – NEW YORK — The show is an energetic interactive concert/musical production with costumes, dancing, and lots of surprises featuring hits from The Temptations, The Four Season, The Beatles, Jackson 5, New Kids On The block, Backstreet Boys, Nsync and many more!

The Ultimate Boyband Tribute is the brain child of Edvin Ortega and John Wagner who together run the production company Larger Than Life and the live band which goes by the same name.

Sharing a love for pop music and choreographed dancing, Edvin and John set out to start the Ultimate BoyBand Tribute show, bringing back the hits of the greatest groups of all time. The show will be a special night and will feature singers Devin Peacock and Chris Jehnert. The band will also feature legendary musician Robert Porembski “Bobby Guitar ”  and special performance by pop princess Carrie Lane.

The company provides entertainment for private events, resorts, theme parks, night clubs, casinos and charity events.

Actor, Edvin Ortega Features In An Upcoming Film

July 9, 2014 – New York, NY – Edvin Ortega is a familiar face to the big screen appearing along side of John Travolta, Denzel Washington, and the cast of the new fit Netflix series Orange is the New Black. In October Ortega will be once again on the big screen playing Richard Cooper in The Jersey Devil.

The Plot: When Lucifer’s (played by Jack Mulcahy) term limits come up, a new devil takes over with a vision to re-band Hell; he wants something younger and cool. After an exhausting search, he finds a perfect location for the new hell in Jersey City, New Jersey. As he begins to collect new souls to challenge the Kingdom, Lucifer comes to Jersey to foil his plans and return Hell to its original location.

Orange the new Black was released on Netflix on July 11, 2013. The show instantly become word of mouth due its shocking vulgarity but conveys a truthful scenario for female inmates for those who walk on the outside of the metal fence. The story began with Piper Kerman a white blonde who has moved on from a dysfunctional relationship, but her past has awakened. Her ex-girlfriend was involved with drug trafficking and was caught and sentence to prison; therefore, bring Piper along with her. As the show progresses the emotional toll of prison begins to affect Piper. Viewers are hooked to Pipers lifestyle in prison due to the astonishing yet horrifying possibilities. Even though the show takes place in a prison, the writers have constructed the show to be a comedy. The New Yorker describes the series as “smart, salty, and outrageous.” Read the rest here. Actor Edvin Ortega is Making Major Waves In Hollywood One Role at a Time

Edvin Ortega since coming to the US from his native Cuba, Edvin Ortega has made a name for himself as an Actor, Singer and DJ/Host and Entrepreneur.

Ortega will be on the next episode of Blue Bloods called ‘Exiles’ that will air next week May 9, on CBS at 10/9c. He just finished wrapping up filming for the lead role in a new film coming out in the fall called “The Jersey Devil”. Ortega will also be in season 2 of Orange Is The New Black which is back on Netflix on June 6th. As well the premiere of his show “Larger Than Life” The ultimate boyband show @ Adventureland in Long Island, the first show will be on memorial day 5/26.
